These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TopSMMSell (the "Service", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these Terms. This page is a general-purpose template; review it with qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a live business.

1. Service description

TopSMMSell operates an order panel for social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments and related engagement metrics across supported platforms. Available services, delivery types and rates are shown on the Services and Pricing pages and may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any third-party platform (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram or Spotify) to which an order is delivered.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by submitting a public profile, post or channel link along with a selected quantity and delivery type. Payment is due at checkout. Prices are shown before payment is confirmed and are denominated as stated at checkout.

4. Delivery estimates

Start times and delivery windows shown on the Service are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by platform-side restrictions, maintenance, or unusual order volume. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays through the order tracking page or by email.

5. Refill and refund policy

Select services include a refill window during which a documented drop in a delivered metric may be refilled at no cost, subject to the conditions listed for that service at checkout. Orders that have not yet entered delivery are generally eligible for a full refund; partially delivered orders are evaluated case by case. Refund and refill requests should be submitted through the contact page with the relevant order ID.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to target content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to harass, defraud, or deceive others, or to target accounts you do not own or have authorization to promote on behalf of.

7. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the links, usernames and account details submitted with an order. TopSMMSell is not responsible for delivery sent to an incorrect destination due to inaccurate information provided at checkout.

8. Platform policy disclaimer

TopSMMSell is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform referenced on this site. Use of third-party growth services may carry risk under a given platform's own terms of service, and TopSMMSell cannot guarantee the outcome of any platform's enforcement decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSMMSell's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. TopSMMSell is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including account restrictions imposed by a third-party platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section should be updated to reflect your actual registered jurisdiction.
